Executive Coaching
Transformation in organisations often starts by personal and team transformation at Executive level.
Building a cohesive and aligned Executive Team that drives the organisation to new heights:
Executive Team coaching is about elevating your organisation performance by creating tangible alignment and a cohesive executive team. It works with the whole “team” at once – not the individuals – to develop one robust, cohesive and aligned system by:
- Identifying the executive team purpose, vision, collective goals
- Agreeing about team behaviours
- Improving trust and relationships
- Developing more positive peer reciprocity
It may include a mix of coaching, facilitation, training and mediation. It is therefore a process: the team will work regularly together on their relationship and the system in order to assess, improve and/or maintain the behaviours they’ve developed through previous steps in the process.
Individually develop the leadership and high-level skills necessary to succeed as a business leader:
Executive Individual coaching offers a space for personal and professional growth and may allow you to:
- Mitigate the feeling of isolation and loneliness
- Elevate your executive presence and establish your thought leadership
- Raise your self-awareness and Develop your strengths
- Optimise your decision making
- Strengthen your resilience
- Be supported out of your comfort zone

Organizational Constellations
Relationship dynamics are like the law of gravity. When you play by its rules, life and work flow naturally.
Constellations are a way of shedding light on the systems underlying the difficulties encountered by a team or organization.
The focus is not on the individual, but on the system. The aim is to allow the system to reveal itself first, and then to trigger a coherence in the whole, through which each person and each thing finds its rightful place.
The aim of constellations is to enable individuals, teams and even entire organizations to find their place, shed their hindrances and access new resources, while reinforcing the integrity of the system as a whole. Constellations re-establish a coherence that fosters leadership, mutual respect and well-being throughout the organization.
Typical themes are
- The team’s relationship with profitability, money, authority, moral values, objectives, customers… in the past, present or future.
- Identify a problem, find the best way to integrate or belong to a team, help individuals make a healthy exit from the organization.
- Untangle an interweaving, say what hasn’t been said, express demands, reallocate responsibilities, find voices that make sense towards lasting resolutions.
